Did none of those teams want to keep him?

I know where your coming from but could say the same for Parry - albeit at a higher level... X Stenny, Queens Park, Albion Rovers, Airdrie...
he certainly looks more like the big keeper mould we've been screaming out for.

The junior players being signed aren’t top end juniors and some are being signed from the equivalent of SPFL league 1 but they may well have a point to prove and will be out to grab there chance

Brogan’s style is very direct and this has been effective within the juniors

Hope you are right !  Club is only spending what its bankers(RBS) will allow on a much restricted overdraft.

I would think probably coming to a lot of teams  shortly as well

Seems that for a time RBS were `effectively` running the club.  Can`t see a way out of this for Rovers due to the archaic share set up and a majority shareholder(senior SPFL employee btw)  blocking any attempts to restructure.

Not really - since the financial meltdown about 10 years back and the failure of clubs like Rangers and Dunfermline plus writing down of club debts by banks there has been little appetite for bank lending to football clubs now for many years.

He couldn't get Lanark out of the bottom league, he was let go by Wishaw - not exactly sure how he has been effective over the last decade or so.

Same guy was advertising himself as `available` on Twitter in the January window

Indeed, but only because the club had failed to give him indication that he'd be kept on after January.

Embarrassing PR again from Rovers. Also a bit surprised that the new manager wouldn't  consider giving Scott a go for next year. Is he any worse than the myriad of Tier 3 juniors that we're signing?
