Celtic fans are really touchy

The amount of diddies posting about finances and business plans would suggest it’s probably the reverse that’s true and using a defeat to Real as some sort of gotcha is a genuine minter 😂

Only thing that went wrong yesterday is we didn’t take our chances to give us something defend and ran out of steam against a truly world class side. That’s the level and we aren’t at that level just now but we will keep trying 😉

Absolutely this. We got beat fair and square but happy with how we performed, however folk seem to crawling over each other on here to make the same remarks looking for a bite that’s not really there. It’s a bit cringe really.

You must leave, you do know that don't you ? Because if you stay, then no matter how hard you try you will never, never, never reach the level of Real, Man City, Bayern etc etc. Just as no matter how hard they try Aberdeen, Hibernian, Heart of Midlothian will never reach  the level of Celtic. So, please , for the good of all, just go. You offer nothing to us and we offer nothing to you..

You say they like I have any control or say in where we play 😂

Difference is I’m not going to bitch and moan about finances because there are parts of our performance last night which were good and if we were more clinical then getting a result may have been a possibility.

If the only factor stopping celtic from being the best team in the world is money, then we're looking at a systemic failure to attract significant investment - sack the board.

All they need to do is show a bit more ambition.  Maybe grow their fan base a bit and they'll be able to complete with the big boys.  Apparently it's really easy.

We are showing ambition hence the  investment in our squad this season but Rome wasn’t built in a day 😉

I wasn't being serious Jinky, but I do look forward to the praise heading the way of Motherwell/Hearts/Hibs/Aberdeen the next time they have a go, but succumb to a 3-0 home defeat against Celtic.

You know, the usual story of a home side going close a few times in the first half, roared on by the crowd, before Celtic step up through the gears in the second half to a comfortable victory away from home.

That’s a good performance and result for Celtic  - the gulf in class between the European elite and the rest is enormous. They will learn a lot from the defeat. It’s a shame for the rest of us - another domestic treble and an undefeated season could well be on the cards.
