Did this c**t no score a goal against Scotland on his début at nearly 30 years old?

He was 31, and that says more about the Scotland team than anything else

According to Sky Bet, we're Evens to sign Paddy Roberts.

Bring him home Brendan, bring him home.

What happened to Celtic interest in Darlington Nagbe from Portland Timbers in MLS?

Shame, would have given some indications of how MLS teams would fare in Scottish Premiership and vice versa.

Agreed.  We were also linked to Orlando's Cyle Larin.  Would have been cool to have a Canadian playing for Celtic but then the dumbass went and got himself a DUI (drink-driving for the Scots) so that would complicate any potential moves.

Quick roundup of the days rumours/stupid shit said by former players/stuff made up by "journalists" whose sources are probably a bloke in a pub

1.  Saidy Janko will sign for St. Etienne

2. Celtic Target (they keep saying that) Charly Musonda will sign a new Chelsea deal

3. Brendan Rodgers saying Kieran Tierney is versatile means Liverpool should sign him

4. Murdo MacLeod is telling Celtic to sell Jozo Simunovic

Janko to Saint-Etienne is a done deal apparently.  Shame that injuries curtailed his development as he seemed like a decent prospect.  Lots of pace but needed work on his defensive ability as was discovered in the Be'er Sheva second leg.  Best of luck to him

Does it complicate moves in this direction?

Agents played a blinder there, decent club and managed to get him a 4 year deal with his injuries.

Wish him all the best but he`s your typical modern full back, pace and f*ck all else.

I call it the Glen Johnson syndrome.

Back to the rumour mill.  Players I have seen linked to Celtic in the last couple of hours are Mario Pasalic from Chelsea and Newcastle goalie Karl Darlow

Surely it would help him fit in with the locals?...

Celtic are eyeing up move for Manchester City starlet Olivier Ntcham.

Parkhead boss Brendan Rodgers is keen on the 21-year-old French midfielder who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Genoa.

He’s now back at the Etihad and the Hoops gaffer is ready to make him the club’s latest summer signing.

Ntcham is a French youth international who joined City in 2015 from Le Havre for £1million. He signed a five-year deal but was immediately sent to Genoa in Italy’s top flight to gain first-team experience.

Ntcham has made 37 appearances for the Serie A side, scoring three goals, and has caught the eye of Rodgers.

Celtic, who face Shamrock Rovers in a Dublin friendly tomorrow, have already signed Jonny Hayes

Come on Celtic ffs, show some sort of action in the transfer market please.

The threads needing some chatter about big players linked who we won't sign or are linked too. :)

It's not a disaster if you don't sign anyone is it. You will win the league easily as there is no team that can compete with you as the rest are fucking keek.

As for Champions League, I think you will qualify for Group Stage but not get any further.

Chuck in both domestic cups and a chance to go unbeaten so no signings needed.

I'm not one for watching friendlies but sounds like we're ripping Shamrock Rovers a new one. Bodes well for Linfield.
