Not a big fan of McKenna but he does has youth on his side and he is still one of the best central defenders in the top flight just now, wouldn't be surprised if someone, Celtic or otherwise has had an informal word with his agent, hence the transfer request. However given our defence record in Europe under Rodgers I would rather just pay the extra amount for a better player inflated or not rather than looking for value.
