Record Sport exclusively revealed earlier in June the towering defender had emerged as a top target for boss Neil Lennon. The Hoops boss was in Paris this week as the club sought to tie up a deal for the former France U-20 international. And it's understood an agreement has been struck with Jullien now set to thrash out personal terms with the Premiership champions. Jullien has attracted interest from clubs in England and Germany but Celtic have moved quickest in the race to sign him. The 26-year-old - who has also had spells at Auxerre, Freiburg and Dijon - sparked transfer speculation earlier on Tuesday as he posted a cryptic photo on Instagram boarding a plane.
