Parkhead boss Brendan Rodgers is keen on the 21-year-old French midfielder who has spent the last two seasons on loan at Genoa. He’s now back at the Etihad and the Hoops gaffer is ready to make him the club’s latest summer signing. Ntcham is a French youth international who joined City in 2015 from Le Havre for £1million.
