GNU_Linux
There won't be a WOSL discussion until either the SJFA drop the 'in at tier 6' line - if clubs are being told they are in already they'd see no point to a WOSL. Also if the PWG ends in a stalemate & is confirmed publicly (which seems likely based on the recent EOS memo thats been posted)
Inanimate Carbon Rod
I haven't heard of any WoSL talks at all, to be honest.I believe you are right, i’d heard of an ayrshire team making enquiries and chatting to other clubs but nothing in a while now.

Time is running out for next season. -

Apparently this has been denied. If licensed Banks O'Dee (re)applied to join, it appears that the HFL would be required to admit them. Also, if the number of HFL clubs reaches 20, the league will split into 2 divisions. This would not apply to North Caledonian club Golspie, who are also licensed, as they don't have floodlights which are compulsory for HFL membership.

GNU_Linux
aye with the recent EOS memo its evident the process is a fair bit away from completion or a decision. I'd guess the meeting in question will be of a preliminary nature regarding the topic(s) at hand.

Any rule changes also will need to be agreed by an AGM (or EGM) in each of the Regions, and at an SJFA AGM (or EGM).

Preliminary in terms of integrating into the pyramid I'd imagine. The North Caledonian League are compliant with the SFA rules and regs, but it's not like they're a pyramid league.

Difference being that the SJFA don’t need to do it unless they’re joining the pyramid.
GNU_Linux
It’s a lot further on than preliminary...if thats the case why would the EOS put out a memo to it's members stating the PWG had hit a stalemate? Keep in mind PWG meetings started in September or October & things seems not to have moved much at all. With this is mind I fail to see how things could be close to completion at all.
