We have 200+ sides playing semi pro football in Scotland. About 50 are north of Aberdeen (that is a rough figure). If the Tayside sides come into the Lowland catchment, you're effectively talking about it having - in club terms - 75% National coverage. To me that is too much. Just an opinion. If all the teams get accepted into the NCL & NRSJFA (4x to the NCL, Rothie Rovers to the NRSJFA) with no surprises in the ERSJFA, I believe it would make 240 teams in the Non-League pyramid, SJFA & NCL. ERSJFA under the Lowland League 63 Highland = 26.25% 177 Lowland = 73.75% 15 ERSJFA North of Tay clubs under the Highland League 78 Highland = 32.5% 162 Lowland = 67.5% So even though its just 15 clubs at the moment, it flips things from a quarter to a third percentage wise. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
