Entirely negotiable, but it needs all parties to be willing to negotiate it.
The WJFA clearly want negotiations to come about, others don't.

So if the WRJFA want to negotiate and the LL/EOS don't, can you tell us what happens next?

Negotiations started at the inception of the LL.....the sjfa walked away.

Negotiations continued 2 years ago.....the sjfa have walked away.

Now the wrsjfa want to negotiate again.....

I think there have been more than enough opportunities to negotiate, now that action has been taken the card being played is.....the sjfa and wrsjfa still want to negotiate, other dont want to......

This is really, really, really something.

LL/EoS backed WoSFL would have entry into the pyramid, development league, licencing, South Challenge Cup entry and the SFA running rules and discipline.

What else is there to negotiate if the SJFA are no longer a part in this?

Find it interesting that the west is getting shot down here, what chance did the sjfa actually have if this response is anything to go by?

The time for the SJFA to engage seriously with the PWG process was back in 2012 and 2013 when the Lowland League was emerging. At that point the SJFA would have been in a much stronger negotiating position and could conceivably have ultimately taken charge of everything semi-pro at tier 6 and below, but Tom Johnston and co didn't want to know. As things stand now bridges have been burned to such an extent after last year's "done deal" fiasco that it is obvious that there is no chance of the LL/EoS and SJFA officials being able to work together.

There's no role for the WJFA as some clubs might not want to enter the pyramid and that's the entire point of the WoSFL. All 63 members are free to apply to the WoSFL and can help shape what it looks like.

Its no different than when the Lowland League was created and non-league seniors (and everyone else) had the choice of staying where they were or applying.

Well that's not condescending at all
They've had 19 years and refused to compromise, now that the writing is on the wall they suddenly change tact (without member approval). They are a shambles and should be kept well away from the Pyramid.

Thankfully the LL and everyone else involved in the new WoSFL are just getting on with it and laughing at the sideshow.

I'm glad I dont have to negotiate anything with ye's that for sure.

WoSFL for 2020/21. Begin at Tier 6 on the SFA pyramid. Access to SFA licencing, development league. Rules and discipline in line with the SFA, with the SFA having oversight. Entry in the South Challenge Cup. League structure and cups to be decided considering the number of applicants.

What will be different from the LL/EoS version compared to the WJFA negotiated version?

History! Old Cups! Fines! Reinstatement! No Play Off!

...They've just bumped the West Lothian, Fife, Tayside and North members...
"Sort yourselves out lads, we're off..."

Yes, im hearing the wrsjfa plan is to separate from the sjfa and take a proposal to the sfa agm (in the summer). This brings about a question, if the clubs joining the wosl have to give a years notice to leave the sjfa, then in the spirit of the rules why isnt the wrsjfa giving a years notice? Oh wait, they are because such a wrsjfa league can’t commence until 2021/2022. I wonder if they are telling the clubs absolutely everything?

So what is the response that might be accepted from you? The sjfa have had every chance to succeed in their negotiations but have blown it, every time, to epic proportions.

They aren't getting shot down. They are being bypassed and to be honest everyone looking at this objectively can understand why.

They have done everything but enter negotiations in good faith and are now, in a last attempt, trying to stop their own members joining the pyramid......its ludicrous really.

Fkin hypocrites: "rats jumping ship" wailed that Junior Fitba character on Twitter... now they're doing exactly that...
