Junior football, what is the future?

Told by who ?
That's nonsense.

A conversation with another Bankies fan I met on the bus. He reckoned that conferences or similar would follow a season down the line or beyond but it was purely about getting a WoSL up and running.

I don’t speak with committee men or the like so the only info I tend to get is on here or speaking to the odd person at a game or in passing through the town.

To be fair that probably was the initial thought, given nobody really knew what sort of interest there would be when they kicked off this process, remember TAJ told PWG that none of his member clubs were interested.

I just can't see them turning anyone away - that would be counter productive - and will revert to Conferences if needs be, two of which could accommodate a total of 36 clubs. (2 x 18).  Top 8/9 in each forming a Premier the following season, with the Champion entering the LL play-off if Licenced.

Going by your logic we should have all went in at tier 7 and Inverkeithing should have been no where near Arniston Rangers. We will agree to disagree and seeing as we know conferences will happen

That's not my logic at all. We can happily agree to disagree but that's not what I said

Who's TAJ? Is it Tom Johnston? Just that most refer to him as TJ.

I would say as long as they get enough clubs to apply that they can definitively state: Conferences for one season. Top x makes the West Premier with the rest making a credible number for a First Division(s)

Then I'm sure they'll take everyone. I'd say the restriction on a single division would be if they only get low 20s in terms of applications.

I think the big clubs should form 1 league and the rest should stay junior imo

Nice try Alan! IMO there are so many clubs about to move to the WoSFL it would be a more profitable use of time to list those clubs that will be remaining within the rump WRJFA.

I will start you off with No.1 St Anthony's. Really interested to see what you or anyone else can come up with.
