Maybe it wasn't the SJFA, maybe it was an "undercover" operation by the WRJFA. The application process to the proposed new league hasn't opened yet, hence the clubs are currently only making statements of interest. The LL have only asked at this stage for notifications of interest, and some clubs have decided to make their interest public, others haven't.
