Keep in mind it's not like East Kilbride, Cumbernauld Colts. BSC Glasgow, Caledonian Braves, Bonnyton Thistle came from the juniors. Who knows who might pop up with a amateur/youth background.

Looking at SFA Platinum Quality Mark Clubs in West region towns that don't currently have a junior or senior non league team throws up possibilities like:
Strathaven Dynamo  AFC
Giffnock SC
Milngavie FC
Glenburn Miners Welfare FC (Prestwick)
Ardencaple FC (Helensburgh)
Drumchapel United
Holytown Colts

I'm slow the day. Took me 10 minutes to get that. 😯

Got you’re million views, clearly aiming for 2 million with that fighting talk.

It’s Lorne.

Square, ya bass!

Wouldn't read too much into Kilbirnie being opposed at this point. Plenty of big names in the east adopted that posture intially two seasons ago as well.

In a way, I’m delighted that this is now out in the open and that we will have movement in time for next season.

I’m also mindful not to “rub it in” for people who just want to stay Junior. At least this way clubs can choose their own futures for themselves - set local football, or the prospect of moving up the levels.

I know we haven't established criteria yet, but what kind of facilities do they have?

Still people in the west region that seem to think that the SFA will impose a solution they like. Ain't happening and the sooner they grasp that the better.

Can someone remind Gordon at Kilbirnie it’s a game of fitba no a war hes involved in.
