After saying things like below I don't think can get away with no plan presented.

He really does come across like Donald Trump.

"We have the best plans, the greatest plans, so many facets, so many, you don't even know how good our plans are."

All a bit 'cloak & dagger'...  but what is the plan and why is it a secret? What facets of the proposals will be revealed?  Awaiting some eureka moment nobody else could possibly have imagined... but it's just not plausible.

The LL plan for the WoS seems fairly straightforward, believable and deliverable: they'll copy the tried and tested EoS format and take it from there.

Clubs have gone from earning next to zero prize money in the previous 10 years to competing in the scottish cup and getting paid for it. Facilities have improved. There is a body of evidence - EoS clubs are halfway down the path already.

On the other hand, refer to a couple of posts on the first page of this thread questioning the SJFA's credibility... what if anything has changed since then to improve this perception?

Only those that are members of the WJFA have the right to know what their plan is.  Those outside the inner circle don't need to know these things.

Aye its not like its a fan driven sport or anything, i mean this consumer product can easily survive by alienating its consumers.

...and that will be for clubs to disseminate to their members after the meeting. If fans don't like the decision their club makes they also have options.

I would expect that a lot of pressure will be exerted on club reps at Tuesday night's WRSJFA "extra General Meeting" to sign up to Gordon Ronney's plan.

They might not even need a lot of pressure. Look how easily all the clubs went along with their recommendation of an option that was never going to happen.

Has anyone even been privy to the wrsjfa/sjfa masterplan?

If so, what is it, what does it cover and who has backed it?

As far as I can see the three current pyramid member leagues in the lowland league region (the LL, sosfl and eosfl) have all publicly backed the LL wosfl being formed. This has come after the sfa, yes the governing body for football in this country, disbanded the pwg as they felt it was no longer achieving anything due to the intransigence of one of the attending associations.

Am I now to believe that the eosfl, sosfl and LL will be side stepped and have the rug pulled from under them because the sfa, who have been threatened with legal action by the wrsjfa, want to put the sjfa in charge of the west feeder league to the LL......even though in that scenario the west region league under sjfa control wouldnt gain access to the LL, as the 3 associations who were side stepped would be the ones who have to agree to changes to the promotion places for the LL.

If this is their plan it is really going to fail, epically, to almost titanic proportions.

Our boat us the biggest, fastest and strongest in the world.....yeah mate watch out for that iceberg.....yeah just hit the iceberg....

Before the question for clubs was do we want to eventually turn senior and have access to the SFA Cup and be able to rise up through the Leagues. For a lot of clubs they'd probably want to stay Junior.

Now, through the plans of the West Region the argument has changed to which League has the most chance of being accepted by the SFA / LL / EoSL / SoSL into the Pyramid system. One will be successful and one will fail. There will not be two feeders despite what the West Region think. Did they not learn the lesson in the East?

Emmm, Arthurlie have indoor toilets as well as out door toilets. We could just shut down the outside ones if it came to that or put a roof over them!

We were told at a members' meeting that it was sanctioned by SFA and by implication the LL had bought into it. If the reps were told the same thing then its hardly surprising they went for it. S fresh start should also mean the new league being run by folk not tainted by disemblance and poor decision making

There were people posting on here that the meeting was told that the SPFL and LL both backed Option Z. Somebody should have a lot of explaining to do at the "extra general meeting" as to why this misleading information was provided, who it was received from and why the body providing said information has any credibility left at this point on pyramid entry.
