The guys before were hardworking and you need more than hardworking if you want to thrive. Hardworking would have kept us alive maybe. I remember at the time it said we would be no worse off and even after the remarks because of the conferences last year it's been worth it to get to this point and a lot of those have came round. A lot of the naysayers that were on the committee didnt their was fans who just didnt come back.
