Apparently we have accepted Millwall's offer for Porteous.

Scott Burns says different.

Also saying Birmingham have upped their offer for Nisbet to £2.25m, and Hibs are holding out for £3m.

3 days left so if they continue the trend of adding £250k onto their offer every day...

It could work out well for Hibs as a club here, but be fairly grim for the supporters.

Getting good money for both late in the window and not spending a penny on replacements.  The team have enough points on the board given the shite below them that they should still comfortably finish top six even if they don’t win very many more games.  With no fans in the ground, they can get away with poor performances a lot easier than in normal times.

For Hibs fans, losing two of your better players without replacing them, and already in a run of poor form, it could be a fairly uninspiring few months viewing.

Final bid from Birmingham up to nearly £3m now according to the Sun/DR. Looking forward to seeing what random last minute loan we pull off to replace him. Boyle up front for the remainder of the season probably a distinct possibility.

Could end up with Gary O’Connors laddie as our fourth striker image.png.7dedfcb8319c2bde2edf3f0399222859.png

Probably Fraser Hornby in the ultimate GIRUY reversal to Aberdeen for them doing it to you so often in the last few years.

That's a big gamble. Fair play to Hibs for holding their nerve.

Our recent form with Nisbet in the team has been stinking, if he doesn’t score many for the rest of the season we won’t get much more than the supposed £3m offered today.

Definitely a big gamble, the government loan option has probably helped make the decision right enough.

Plus him only having a good half season in the Premier under his belt.

Still good to see a Scottish team telling an English diddy to bolt.

So apparently Stevie Mallan is going out on loan to Turkey?  Has he been bad for you guys this year?

In my opinion he just doesn’t really fit in to this Hibs team. He  offers very little outwith the final 30 yards and offers nothing off the ball. Doesn’t tackle, doesn’t track back well and wants far too much time on the ball. Hecky tried to play him deep but he was caught on the ball in the middle of the park regularly whilst trying to play world Cup passes.

He needs to be implemented as a no10 utilising the space inbetween midfield and strikers. Unfortunately when we have actually played a formation that suits this, Scott Allan plays in that position and is just a significantly better player.

Bit surprised at Nisbet. He would have gotten a pay rise, but Birmingham is a terrible career move.

If he sat tight and kept improving, he could easily be looking at better Championship clubs in the summer.
