If you had run up debt all you might have won is a cup and for that you could have slammed a few million on your debt. We can beat them in one off games but over a season, no chance. Credit where it’s due........it was Petrie who was instrumental in ensuring Hibs got decent dosh for Brown, Thomson, O’Connor, Fletcher etc. by standing up to the Arsecheeks and cüntish agents like Willie McKay.
