St. Jude
It isn’t looking good just now but it means Shaw has a chance to really push for a starting line up this summer. Hopefully Fraser Murray gets a chance as well. He looked superb at the end of the championship season but hasn’t had a sniff since.

Really fucks me off that Celtic buy players like Allan and give them no game time, then everyone wonders why nae guid Scottish laddies are having stellar careers. Aye he’s still at Celtc. They’ll make a bid for McGinn, making sure to reduce it by a million quid or so in order to offer us Allan as part of the transfer. Absolute c***s.

They'll rip you off and make you feel like they're doing you a favour. -
Austinho
Sunshine on Leith wins the Football Anthems World Cup, as voted by BBC Radio 6 listeners. Beating competition from Baddiel & Skinner, Dario G, New Order and erm, Hey Duggee...
The Grass Is Greener.
I’m pretty relaxed at the moment about transfers. It takes time to get quality players in.

No rush, as the squad we have now should still take care of the Faroe Island team. If we have any aspirations of getting past the Greeks though, we’ll need to start bedding new signings in soon. Sounds like Jack Ross at Sunderland is making life difficult for us at the moment with our targets.

Sunderland apparently desperate for loans to fund their business, and they just failed to tempt our goalkeeping coach away from us. I'm not convinced they'll be a huge threat unless they can persuade gullible fools that League One is some wonderland to the EPL. No idea why McGeough would throw away what he has at Hibs for Sunderland.

Then it comes down to wages, they’ll beat us there all day.

Suppose, I still think a lot of players will be put off by that club though, and more and more English based players are viewing the Scottish leagues as a platform, whereas Sunderland give the impression of a skint clusterfuck. Long term joining Hibs and standing out seems like a better career move than joining Sunderland. I'm probably completely wrong though.

Manager turns there back, picks a number and that player is signed. Just an idea likes. Maybe that is what Levein is doing just now. Yes, except it feels like Levein is shouting out every number he can think of.
Boostin' Kev
As mentioned plenty time left for signings. Saw Steve Lamacq did some kind of football anthems World Cup on BBC6. Guess what won.

Yes, the filthy Mac*em c***s are a 'big' club, but when Scottish clubs (outside the vermin) can't even come CLOSE to what English league one clubs can spunk on wages, then there is something fundamentally wrong with our set up. McGeouch is a baller. Hope he can have an injury free time and show that there are actually some decent players up here. Good luck to the laddie.

Just in a total state right now which is why any sensible footballer thinking beyond the next month's paycheck would avoid them for better well-run clubs in the Scottish leagues.
