No doubt we will release more sponsor news and more fan surveys in the coming days.

And bin LJ by November.  His apologists will welcome this and call everyone else pant wetters in January when the transfer money is being spent on Lees gairden.

They just pumped Hearts.

McInnes will have them well organised so could pick up the odd result here and there, but they are completely devoid of quality and that will tell over a league season.

Ha ha ha, are you really a St Mirren fan?
Two English Premier League wing backs, top scoring centre half, two bloody decent  keepers, a midfield that is gelling more each day. Big Kyle always scores against diddy teams, and Scott Robinson to come back …. So there you go

Tin pot as f**k:

Harry McKirdy's proposed move to Hibs is off.

The striker had been in talks with the Hibees and his club Swindon Town about a move for a number of weeks. The Easter Road outfit had watched the 25-year-old and hoped to tie down a move this evening before the transfer window slams shut. Football Scotland understands both clubs have now walked away from the table after the deal changed and an agreement could not be struck.

It will come as a blow to Hibs who had planned around bringing the player to Leith but now they are exploring other options.

We understand a move for Will Fish from Manchester United is still being worked on and looks like it will happen before midnight.

I can remember three decades ago when Hibs tried to sign a guy called Liam Robinson and also Duncan Shearer to solve their goals shortage but the board wouldn't shell out

Eventually the fans were underwhelmed when 50k was given to Rotherham for a striker and although Gareth Evans didn't turn out too badly Shearer would have been great (Shearer was signed by Lou Macari for... Swindon Town)

Nothing ever changes really.
