Done well at Barnsley, got them promoted when he took over in the relegation zone and won the EFL cup. Kept them in the championship and took the Leeds job. Leeds are an absolute basket case so I’m not gonna bash him too much for that, although he was very poor there from what I have read. Got a reputation for playing and developing young players.
