If he could add a bit of composure in one on one situations, Boyle would be nowhere near Hibs. One of those who struggles the more time he has to make a decision.

Even still, his improvement in the last few years has been incredible. Definitely one of our most important players now.

Happy for him personally but if him, Maclaren and Milligan go the Asian games, we are absolutely fucked.

Boyle set to commit future to Australia after call-up https://t.co/CAktlpn29T

Well played to him. Think he is a terrific player.

He really has come on leaps and bounds. He always had talent and speed, just difficult to harness it all together - and to be fair, he still has a way to go in decision making in front of goal.

Showed in patches under Stubbs, has a Scottish Cup win on his cv - albeit versus a relatively unknown club.

Has done really well against better opposition in the top league and still rather surprised that McLeish thinks he has plenty in that position - for me, there is nobody there with his raw pace.

However, all good for Boyle deffo the most improved player under Lennon.

Kinda hoping the Jambos nick something tomorrow, just for the possibility of another "we are unbeatable" derby.

That was a good Hibs side except Zibi and Rudge although Zib did okay here.  Hertz don't have big money players like Hartley, Skacel, Jankaukas and Fyssas these days, shame dat.

Hibs accounts have been released:

https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/hibs-accounts-easter-road-club-back-in-the-black-1-4811243

£200,000 pre-tax profit which does not include the £3,000,000 sale of John McGinn, or the purchases of Kamberi, Horgan and Mallan (which will probably be c.£500,000). Also have no bank debt and own our stadium and training centre.

Brilliant stuff from Hibs, what a time to be a supporter!

Any way to find out how many assists Mallan has this season? In all competitions?

Easiest way would be transfermarkt - https://www.transfermarkt.com/stevie-mallan/leistungsdaten/spieler/331089

The answer is 4, two in the Europa League and one each vs Killie and St Mirren.

(Edit: Actually 5; there was one in the Accies game that hasn't hit transfermarkt yet).

Keith Jackson / Record are transparently pushing Rodgers to Villa / Lennon back to Celtic.

Trouble with them is that you can't tell if there's something in it, or just their usual fake news.

It's a lot of shite (although I would love Lennon back).

There is a decent chance he would not want to come back to Celtic as he left because he was fed up with board. He would have to get assurances that wouldn't happen again and even at that if he continues as he is he will get other opportunities down south.
