The anti-fracking people are just as biased, their natural hostility to carbon emissions leads them to twist all the other data against it. I'd like to see some unemotional and non-greedy assessments.

Yet you refuse to accept the BBC has a natural hostility to Scottish independence causing it to be biased.

Three thousand people protested outside the Scottish parliament last week against brexit causing it to lose powers.  Did you know that?  Cause it wasn't reported on the BBC at all, but they had live footage of six people throwing some fish into the Thames on the same day.

I didn't notice anyone else covering it.

BBC did cover it. It was the eighth item on disreporting Scotland that night after someone living in Spain missing for two years, a cat up a tree, a murdur, SNPbad because and fitba. They deemed to allow the article 27 seconds and didn't go in to any details about why it was taking place

Which of these preceding news items were orchestrated by Westminster to push the protest down the pecking order?

The ordering is decided by the BBC is the point champ.  And whether to mention what the protest is about, and whether to send cameras (they had live footage and interviews literally all day of six people throwing fish into a river).

So the BBC did cover it, on the the TV news and on the website. Why do you make this shit up? No doubt a smallish SNP rally had top billing on RT though.

A minor item with no camera crew no interviews and no explanation why they were protesting

It's a minor story. And they did mention they were regurgitating the often declared SNP postion. Hardly a headliner.

Quote

Hundreds of people have gathered at Holyrood to stage a protest against a Westminster "power grab" on the Scottish Parliament.

The event was organised by the Hands Off Our Parliament group, which said it aimed to defy Westminster attempts to "undermine devolution".

Eighth item.  It's not that minor.  Why would they not mention the reasons for the protest.

And how would you describe six people throwing fish into a river?  What sort of prominence and coverage was that given in comparison?

What, the reduction in devolutionary powers or the protest against it?  Because you won't have heard of much of either.  They even covered the bloody ball-tampering story on Reporting Scotland with more prominence.

You mean the ball tampering between two countries that aren't Scotland in a minor sport?

There's been loads of coverage of the SNP's position on the power grab.

Btw did you hear torcuil chricton say a couple of days ago the daily record isn't covering the brexit power grab cause it's'boribg' lol?  That's the level of dishonesty we're up against.
