On paper any of the last few managers had the cv to take the club forward, the committee are not hard people to deal with. Yes they have ambition and a desire to move the club forward but there is no massive ego's on there and they are all really approachable people. The winton park playing surface is one of the better ones, there is no reason why on paper the club has not moved forward. 

Perhaps a clean slate is needed, build a new team from scratch and build it with players that share the vision and not just want a pay packet. Does playing for a jersey still exist in non league football??

for me it looks like Craigmark are due to slip up. Going on past two week results. Whittlets and Dalry both flyin and you would think irvine will be too strong for muirkirk. 

I wouldn't bet on Irvine Victoria being too strong for Muirkirk. As they beat Lugar and Craigmark were lucky to scrape a goal against them.Adding home advantage Muirkirk could get a result
