Same as Spittal, Dixon etc. Decent players can put a run of half a dozen good games together - not cumulatively over 3 years. Delighted all this dross is getting cleared out. IMO a lot of United fans will have a previously positive opinion on them based on what could have been. What actually turned out though was that they were shite, over payed and cost money. He'll be remember for scoring the SIXTH goal in the derby...Spittal, Flood and Murdoch probably the best three out all the out of contract players. Wouldn't mind them staying for back up, but think if any of them get kept on McKinnon will be looking them as first choice so would get rid.
