That wasn't emoji85.png

Just mistimed his jump

Looks like he had too much time waiting on the ball coming in.

Is Campbell playing beside Erhahon in midfield?

Their goal was definitely an own goal, going by the replays.

First goal was a break by Ayunga down the left, Grieve stayed onside in the middle and Ayunga found him for a tap-in.

Linfield's goal was a break down their left, shoddy defending didn't clear and it found Finlayson on the right side of the box to score a low deflected shot. He immediately made the "I'm not celebrating" gesture.

Anyone know why Olusanya isn't in the squad?

I presume, like Brophy and Main, that he's not deemed match fit.

Can't tell you anything other than our Academy is one of the best so anyone going on loan should be half decent. Wouldn't mind your opinion as the season progresses.

McMaster played his first game today in the NL cup. Played well and was one of the better players on the park. He’ll probably play again tomorrow (a weekend tournament) but first signs are good. Will be happy to give you updates from time to time!

Have never heard of the like before, what a tinpot outfit. I guess we'll be phoning around to see if we get someone to play us behind closed doors instead.

Yeah, tinpot sums it up. You accept a friendly, then pull out three days before, and it isn’t anything to do with a Covid crisis, an injury crisis, or somesuch? You just decide you’ve changed your mind? It will interfere with your preparations for the season? Fcuk um’.

Interesting approach Paul Hartley is taking to endear himself to the fans of his new club. No doubt quite a few will have made plans and booked travel / accommodation.

Can just imagine this place if Saints had, for no good reason, pulled out of the Linfield game 3 days ago....
