Erhahon would be better staying rather than sign for a team floating around the lower reaches of League One down south.  Would get a development fee anyway.  The club seem desperate to sort out finances by accepting Lincoln"s offer as well as Forest Green.

Although we'd still be due (a fairly substantial) development fee if Ethan was to leave on a free in the Summer we are better off cashing in now as any deal will almost certainly include sell on clauses.

These may or may not come to anything of course, as we saw with the likes of McAllister and Mallan, but similarly the widely derided move of John McGinn to Hibs for what seemed like a paltry £120K eventually reaped us over £1m due to the sell on clause.

£300K plus a sell on would be very decent business for Ethan at this point I think.

If he was to go, plus Reid, then I'd expect movement in the way before the window closes tomorrow.

Led to believe that Carson's injury is not bad and he will be in contention for Pittodrie.

Not such good news on Jonah though 😞

Maybe adding everything up, Erhahon, Reid, Ayunga = Watt ?

But the question remains.

Why are we being denied at all?

It makes no sense as we used to host u21 international games.

Not sure why were denied it in May 2021 either, I've no idea what the criteria is or what might have changed since then.

I'm sure we will appeal again if we've been denied again?

So currently rumours circulating are;

Reid to Palace
Erhahon to Lincoln
Baccus to Wigan

Tony Watt on loan to Saints
Thierry Small on loan to Saints

Next 32 hours going to be very lively at this rate!

If all the "outgoings" came to fruition we'd probably need some sort of CM cover as that's two first team starters and a sub away from that area of the pitch.

Baccus should only leave on the following conditions:

1) Genuine 'can't turn it down' territory for offer.

2) Enough time to get a centre mid in

3) Possible loan back for rest of season

4) Wigan under no circumstances offer us Jordan Jones

Be interesting to see if Wigan would trust Maloney less than a week in the door to splash 7 figures on one player. That's where is see that link very doubtful at the moment.

I’d be more surprised that Wigan come back for another player after JM obviously wasn’t up to the job.

Eh? When did the Baccus to Wigan rumour appear. I’ve missed that one. 🤷‍♂️
