The St. Mirren FC 2023/24 thread

Likely Brophy and Joe are on bigger money. Think Kiltie will be on a fair wage too.

I would not be surprised if at least one of them go to Killie

Our best hope with Brophy is him getting into the team and scoring regularly the minute we start back, while keeping fit. If he did that he'd be in the shop window or we'd be happy anyway. Is it likely though? I wouldn't bet on it.

Disappointed to see Baccus get on the field today, having internationalists who pay for a team from a different continent whose matches are out of synch with our domestic program is more bother than it's worth get him on the transfer list ASAP.

Vandalism to the Dome – damaged beyond repair. May turn out to be a positive if we can replace with something more permanent. Talking to the Foundation and possible sponsors about this. Costs of running the Dome were c.£50k per annum.

Old Firm supporting neds, I'd guess. Absolute scum.

Can see big Joe, Brophey and perhaps Kiltie moved on.

We might get bids for Ethan and Keanu.

Janurary will be an interesting month for players leaving.

Shame we probably won't get any in unless we pick up a loan deal.

Kiltie won’t be leaving.

Is this some attempt at humour?

Bizarre take not to be immensely proud of an uncapped guy who quite literally came to our club with the intention of being considered for his country's WC squad in one of their most competitive positions and not only making the squad but getting minutes on the park.

I'm 100% chuffed for Keanu and I'm a realist to understand that he'll probably make the club a good amount of money in a transfer fee without us having to indignantly transfer list him for the 'crime' of representing his country on the biggest stage in international football.
