I think we'll be aiming higher than that, plus it would be a very un-Robinsonlike signing.

Fully expect it to be some 6'4 dude in his early 20s with about 6 lower league clubs in England under his belt already who Robinson hopes he can mould.

Get a grip mate, stop making assumptions and leave it to expert Motherwell fans.

Declan Gallagher to St Mirren apparently

If that's the case , then It'll probably be a cash plus player swap. JG would love to sign one of his boys from us , Henderson , Reid , Kiltie , Erhahon maybe even Greive ?  Gallagher did well under Robinson at Fir Park !

Aberdeen willing to pay him off to get rid of him.

Euan Murray just left Killie. Could this be it

Don't know anything about the lad, but if Killie don't want him for the prem, is he good enough for us?

He started at Motherwell, but you would have guessed that

I think Gallagher would be a good signing for us, especially if we are going to play 3 at the back.

I have to say, with the players we have been signing, and been linked with, I'm struggling to see where Kiltie fits in. Hope I'm wrong and he'll get a run in his best position somehow. I think he deserves it.

Are you better than Div 2?

Robinson loves Kiltie, he will be a key player.

Even in a 4-3-3, one of the midfielders will tend to be more advanced so hopefully he'll be playing off the forwards whether it's a 4-3-3, 3-5-2 or a 4-2-3-1.

Yes. All of the Scottish top flight is comfortably better than league two.

I won't lose any sleep over not signing *checks notes* Euan Murray.

Yeah, maybe. It just feels like everything is pointing towards a 3-4-3 at the moment, where you'd think the two central midfeilders will have to be pretty solid. To be honest, I might be reading too much into the signings of Ayunga and Olusanya, we've no idea if either of them are any good or not.

Slightly related but it'll be interesting to see how Hartlepools "SPFL select" side will do down there.

Murray the 4th signing from up here so far.

mentions he wants one more defender, hoping its done in the next few days, but sounds like after that its maybe only one more player if any.

Deffo driving the importance of fitness as you'd rightly expect at preseason.

Gallagher, Baccus (who I'm sure he is counting but just isn't here yet) and Gogic/Another and I probably agree we're done.

Maybe a loan or two deeper into the window.

I get that Gallagher did well under Robinson at ‘Well, but I would be disappointed if we brought him to our club. Talk of stretching our budget and swapping good players for him is laughable.

Who exactly is the good player we are swapping? 😅

Gallagher will be a good signing.
