He was on the pitch.

It was his shot that their keeper parried into Reilly's way for our goal.

He was very much in the shadow of Ryan Christie that day.

Edited to add: this in response to the bit about Morgan rather than Hodson. For some reason the app has missed out the first part.

Yep, quite right, so he was.

Got to think the only reason for us trying to sign another right back is because we know or expect Lee Hodson to be gone.

Doesn't really make any sense at all otherwise.

Reassuring though to know that there is still room for 4 more signings. Going to be an interesting 10 days.

My guess is a left back, left winger, big lump centre forward as definite and AN other from wee pacy centre forward, centre half or right back (if Hodson goes)

He's also almost completely emptied the "duds" that Jack Ross inflicted on St. Mirren.

What players would that be ? The ones who hauled us back from the bottom of the championship and a miraculous relegation escape, or the players that romped to the championship title last season.

Jack Ross gave me 2 of the best years supporting the club.

Would have liked more in before tomorrow night.

As would I but not panicked if we don't.

Kearney has said today though that two deals are pretty much complete in terms of paperwork agreed between clubs and player and the only hold up is that we are waiting on the clubs where the respective players currently are, getting deals of their own over the line before releasing them to us.

He also mentioned another deal that should have been completed last week and again today but the club the player is currently at have has issues with injuries and he expects it go through as well.

He's acknowledging that we're pretty far down the food chain in that regard and we're waiting on other pieces of other sides jigsaws falling into place before we get what we're after.

Finally, we would have signed Ryan McLaughlin from Blackpool today on a six month loan (Northern Irish international right back, formerly of Liverpool and briefly at Aberdeen) but with shades of Ian Harte, Blackpool received and accepted a cash offer from an unnamed club (turns out it was Rochdale) and called him back down south to go talk to them instead just as he was arriving in Glasgow.

Paul Smyth from QPR being linked again after it's been said he's going on loan to a Scottish side.

Ourselves and Dundee are being linked. Would be a good signing if it came through.

Are we being linked? I thought it was just a fan on p&b saying he'd like him in. Never heard of him but seems to have some decent pedigree. Position we both need filled.

It was so obviously a foul.

Still can't believe the mad c***s on here trying to claim it was a dive, tbh. Look forward to seeing the Fakes getting into even more of an inexplicable state over this decision.
