Seriously, I am in deep depression at the thought of Weir as our gaffer, an absolutely odious individual. I seem to remember him always refusing to shake hands with Dick every time he lost against us. I cannot see a man like that uniting our players and galvanising team spirit. If Derek Young is a possibility then why not give him a go? He maybe doesn't have experience as a gaffer but would command respect due to his career and the fact he's a properly good guy.
