West Region summer transfer speculation 2017

A league isn't won against one two or three teams at the top. It's won playing and scoring goals in every game against every team. We did brilliant last season but fell short only just, not having the top scoring partnership together in the league for most the last few games and even mid season cost us that's why our manager played defensive in the game against Beith, a game everyone on our bus was delighted with a point in and went home happy as it kept us in the title race.
Nobody from Rob Roy could give a flying f**k if we came and set up a certain way missing 7 players not just one of our strikers. It's no boys club football where you get praise for having a go ffs.

When yae have 3 gemmes remaining and you huv a genuine chance of winning the league then it was criminal no to have a go at bellsdale that day .

Review of last season thread for this pish.

This thread would be half the size if folk could remotely keep to the topic.

That said the banter is quality  - right out the top drawer ...

What pointless post. Of course there the best team, they won 2 cups.

The boy Meikle from Glenafton and Josh Watt from Cumnock training with Kilbirnie, don,t know about signing yet, good players?

Chris Meikle a big prospect in the future, think this would have been his third full season for Glenafton if he had stayed, still very young player and has gained a lot of junior experience since he joined from the amateur ranks. Really good guy and i am sorry to see him leave. He has played mainly in defensive positions and when needed midfield. Good signing for you , snap him up quickly.

I have been catching up on this thread as I have only been able to get very short spells on here.
Looking back over the last 6-8 pages of the thread I can understand why some folk go absolutely tonto about threads being taken of subject with certain individuals personal glory trips to show they no everything, when quite often they really are sad wee delusional human beings who just like to ruin perfectly good threads ( a bit like what I'm doing now !!!!)
