Hi There,

I see that a few managers have decided to call it a day at the end of the season,

so far Irvine Meadow XI, Buchanhaven Hearts, Buckie Rovers, and Greenock Juniors

has anybody seen anymore managers who are going to leave at the end of the season.

Glenconner pray tell me more about the new Vale manager what are the rumours....

The best person to ask would be the present manager who is staying on to help out on the committee.

As stated in last week's Evening Times.

Heard a guy named skinner is the new manager

Skinner currently runs Broomhouse amateur team and was also involved at Wellhouse when they won the Scottish Cup a couple of years ago before folding.

He would certainly know the amateur scene well which would be important for a club like VOC who don't have a lot of money.

Tucker at Auchinleck - coz the fans can't accept Glenafton are far superior and have beaten them 3 times already, and with a fourth victory on the plastic on 4th June will see Tucker oot the door :whistle:thumsup2

2 wins and a draw not 3 wins .

HoB have sacked their manager

Club Announcement:-
The club would like to announce by mutual consent we have parted company with Manager Bobby Wilson. We would like to thank Bobby for the hard work and effort put in during his time as Manager at Hill of Beath, and wish him all the best for the future.

Always going to be a nightmare for anyone taking that job after Fins success.

Great guy and a club legend in the true sense of the descriptive.  My own opinion was that he was a better coach/assistant rather than a manager.  From the announcement, it seems he has cut all ties with the club.

With Junior footballs longest serving manager Hugh Hamill standing down at this weeks AGM Vale of Leven can confirm that he is being replaced by his assistant for the last year Brian Brown. That was the plan club plan when they promoted Brian from being in charge of their u21 side just twelve months ago. Brian will be assisted by his brother and former club captain Alan who follow in the footsteps of their father Jimmy who was manager for 15 years before taking up the reins at Dumbarton. The brothers will be helped by sfa coach Kenny McComish  as well as existing coaches Iain Lee and Hugh Ward. The club would like to wish the new team all the best for the years ahead.

With the majority of last years squad already signed the management have already been busy with another six new faces signed up.
