If you believe in democracy there is no logic in that second sentence.

What exactly is anti-democratic about stating -

"To summarise, the Brexit vote gives a valid reason for another indy vote soon."  When this is the very reason you have previously provided for voting for brexit.  Large dose of irony in you calling out anyone's logic.

You can not predict the future with 100% certainty, as we've already seen with the 'vote NO to stay in the EU' thing, so to say that under no circumstances will there be any further referendum in the next 20 years is binding yourself to a pledge that could, in theory, turn out to be restrictive in an absolutely ludicrous scenario.

Say, for arguments sake, Westminster pursues an aggressive policy of dismantling Devolution now that we are out of the EU, or perhaps England votes to reinstate Capital punishment which Scotland rejects out of hand, or some other clearly divisive fundamental issue that is not currently under consideration. Do you honestly think it is perfectly democratic to bind Scotland into a union in perpetuity, and then set about altering fundamentals in Scotland, against the express will of Scots, while offering them absolutely no recourse to go down a different path?

Remember, it's already established that the Scots people themselves are Sovereign. You can't remove that Sovereignty just by issuing a 'no referenda' diktat.

Please bear in mind that, by and large, you're attempting to reason with folk who couldn't give a f**k what happens in Westminster so long as they can wake up in part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Has “tartan gonks” been retired from the hate-filled, racist old loser’s repertoire? Perhaps in respectful recognition of former tartan gonk (and current mouldering corpse) Philip Mountbatten’s passing.

A few years underground and he'll look exactly like he does in that photo.

Can anybody explain what's happening here?

Stunned to see some barely literate loser with a regimental (I assume) badge as a social media profile has turned out to be both monumentally thick and very, very angry.

I see no action will be taken by Police against Nicola Sturgeon over that e-scooter ride.
Tories rage.

'SCOTTISH Tories have expressed anger after police confirmed they wouldn’t be taking action against Nicola Sturgeon for riding an e-scooter ahead of the May election.
Although e-scooters can be purchased in Scotland, it is still illegal to ride them in public places across the UK. There are some exceptions for trial schemes, but in those cases e-scooters must only be used on roads and cycle lanes.''
You want to see the local Facebook pages down here over it. Hilarious.

That's weird. The zoomers were telling us members were leaving in their droves from their local parties before they defected to Alba themselves.
