Rangers fans complaining about people talking about Rangers when the majority of mentions of Rangers have come from Rangers fans.

There, that should even it out a bit

Imagine supporting Rangers because you're an orange bigot who would love to wade in the blood of Catholics.
Astonishing!

Imagine letting your love of Rangers lead you to being a supporter of a party who think nothing of you and have consistently screwed you and people like you over for decades.

Is that ironic because i know quite a few staunch Rangers voters who seem to be Unionists because they hate Celtic & religion of their fans.

However the reality is it is not to do with supporting Celtic/Rangers that makes you a  Indy lover/Unionist but rather the politics and religious issues of N Ireland framing the  background

Fair play to the Rangers fans for not letting their choice of football team colour their political leanings.

the justice minister embarrassingly tweeting on an ongoing enquiry like a teenage lassie on twitter

your only flagging this up because your a rangers fan obviously

A member of the enquiry team pre-judging outcomes whilst the thing is still in full flight. That's outrageous but won't suit an agenda like yours.

So has anyone landed a knockout blow on wee Nicola yet cant watch the action?

The questions in themselves won't play very well and will come across as scathing in their wee edited shots on lunchtime news but in all, this has been probably the best performance that Sturgeon could have expected.

She's been pretty thorough and demonstrated a very good understanding of the chronology and been quite confident in taking to task the committee on conflating certain things etc and I think she's handled her level of engagement well.

I suspect that her performance today is not really going to be of much significance and just damage control.

Well done for not quoting the posts from Rangers fans mentioning Rangers, which outnumber the ones you quoted. I've probably redressed the balance now, you'll be pleased to hear.

Jesus, I miss the days when Rangers fans were too embarrassed to insert Rangers into everything, outside of their pen.

Apart from saying when anything a bit uncomfortable comes up resorting to “I can’t remember “ or “I will have to check “

Can I get a general PnB jist of this as it looks like a minefield of shite trying to follow it all?

From what I gather,

Salmond definitely sexually assaulted someone (14 people coming forward is too much of a coincidence) but the inquiry didn't have enough evidence to prove it.

Sturgeon knew something was up and bent/broke the rules to try and get some justice for the victims.

Salmond is now going scorched earth and going for revenge to get her ousted while everyone from opposition parties are jumping on it also.

Absolutely nobody looks capable of taking over this mess as it looks like SNP are pretty much on the cusp of their own civil war(handbags would be a more appropriate word).

Have I got it right in a nutshell?

So who instigated the Rangers chat ? Rangers fans or non Rangers fans

suggest you “may have to go back and check “

1) Salmond was a sleazy b*****d, but not proven on the sexual assault.

2) I would agree, but I think the reasoning behind it will probably carry well with a lot of voters.

3) Absolutely.

4) Civil war is OTT but a schism of sorts with new pro independence parties is overdue anyway.

I'll start tagging you into threads where someone laughs at Rangers so you can appear and Rangers even harder than all the other Rangers.

Only on fucking awful threads, though.

I would say yes to that.

The main fact of the matter for me is that Salmond put her in an impossible position with his wholly inappropriate behaviour.

This would appear to be a *very* charitable explanation of Sturgeon's motivations for breaking the rules.
