Source: https://nonleaguescotland.org.uk/scone.htm Google Streetview shows an outer boundary fence all the way around although it doesn't look particularly useful. A little similar to Inverkeithing but would it be acceptable? May do a job in the first instance?
Marten
I've been to Scone previously, in my opinion it's enclosed enough to match the criteria. It's not that easy to watch without paying.

Scone will not have a problem. As you enter the park where their ground is as well, you walk up to the entrance to the actual ground where there is someone taking cash before you actually enter the ground. If you don't pay and stay outside, there is very little you can see of the game. So it would count as enclosed. Effectively, a part of the public park is closed off to people not paying when there is football on so that will work.

Would the EoS be likely to reject an established Eastern Junior club from south of the Tay Bridge line? Strictly speaking the EoS can take in any clubs which meet its' criteria. They are not confined by the Line of Latitude through the Tay Bridge but have, so far, not taken in a club to the north of the line. With Jeanfield Swifts and Kinnoull from Perth already on-board it could be acceptable to let in Scone Thistle and Luncarty as both clubs have to travel through Perth to get to away games in the East Region (North) already. Presumably their players are relatively local too from the Perth district?

AsimButtHitsASix
Once the conference system is over in the EoS and they go to a Premier/1st/2nd set up they can easily sort their ground criteria to be staggered and allow clubs that want to come from the amateurs a little leeway whilst they're entering the semi-pro game but, at the same time, letting them know they need improvements if they want to progress Edited March 4, 2020 by AsimButtHitsASix

If it's the other way from Bonnybridge relative to Denny and Camelon that would be the Larbert and Carronshore direction. Gairdoch United maybe?
