Absolutely f**k all happening in that game for 40 minutes until our liability of a keeper decided to get involved.
Far too many who are just not good enough for this level.

Amazing what happens when players get beyond the defenders and put decent balls across the box, who would have thought it?
(In other firsts today I actually saw Danny Williams run and he's quite fast. Like what a winger is supposed to be type fast.)

Agree with MJW. Keeper is a calamity but right now as a whole the defence is piss poor.

That was the key difference today. Dundee had a solid enough defence and a semi decent keeper.

In saying that most of our players were poor. Skippy had one of his poorer games.

Good Dundee away crowd. Plus £200 better of as I backed +2.5 goals. Safe in the knowledge that most teams put 2 goals past us.

Thank Christ Boyce is missing for County next week. He would score another 4 no problem.

Great away support from Dundee. Fair play.

That's a relegation performance from Motherwell. So many in the side who lack the quality required, being led by a rookie manager who has one tactic and that's hoofball.

Hateley played well today i thought. He's not bad a right back, eh?

Pretty much saw that coming a mile off. We're a total soft touch when it comes to games like these;

"Would you like to go 5 pts clear of the play-off spot & 3 pts clear of your local rivals?"

MFC squad (collectively): ".......nah, you're alright."

There's really only so much we can expect Moult to do. Any normal team scores 2 at home would be hoping to at least take *something* from the game. With us we're invariably scrambling to get back into the game because we've shipped cheap goals.

That's the best I've seen Hateley plsy for us. I was surprised at Motherwell's tactics in the second half - route 1 was meat and drink to O'Dea.

Overall solid team performance for us. Could see what it meant to the players at the end. Enjoyable to finally get 3 points again!

Thought everyone was decent today, Hateley was poor in first half with leaving O'Hara exposed quite a few times but was overall probably his best Dundee performance. That run in the last few minutes, can't imagine Hateley doing that under Hartley.

Big 3 points for us.

The big difference today was McCann had obviously told them to close down the opposition to a far greater degree. No failures but special mention to Vincent who I thought was excellent. Bain suddenly coming for crosses and punching them clear - wtf? A draw would probably have been a fair result but f**k it you take your breaks when you get them. Gomis really does give me the fear. Gets booked then immediately shoulder charges someone clean off the ball - fucking madness. Higgins coming on to play centre mid was good to see. Great run from Holt for the 3rd. What a fantastic day.

God help Neil McCann's wife. Her mad shagger of a husband is demanding enough in the bedroom at the best of times. Tonight he's coming home with an unprecedented erection, a resurgent Scott Bain and a docile but eager Marcus Haber. All three will have their fun. Bain will keep his goalie gloves on throughout. I'll be keeping an eye out for new additions to Pornhub's "Derry Rhumba" category in the hope they film and share the action.

Dundee FC: Staying up.
