Also feel a bit for Largs Thistle in among this fixture mayhem.

Two great 4-1 wins at home, a battling 3-2 defeat at Beith, one league game left to play,West tie on 15th April  then bingo 4 weeks(at least) with no game.

Checked Paddy Power site, and The Great Robbo is long odds on to keep the job.

Madness

This sums up exactly what's wrong with junior football . Mental .

Sent him an email this morning asking to be presented with the league trophy this weekend away to Muirkirk as it's our last league game and so we had it for our Player of the Year dance this weekend.
Also asked him if we get presented with a flag, do we get cash payment for winning it, does the team get medals and when do we play Talbot at home in the Cup?

He could at least acknowledge the email.

We received the trophy on saturday but the players never got there medals I'm sure they get delivered at a later date I remember the same thing happening about 5 year ago when we also won the league . It would also be good to know who will be at home when we both meet in the evening times cup whenever that gets played . Also there is a cash reward can't remember how much and when you receive it

Look forward to the game
Don't understand why it all seems to be a secret with no communication between the SJFA and the clubs
You don't need to guess who I will vote for!!!

Lets hope Kenny gets the gig then, or you're up shit creek next season lol

We really need next week's midweek fixtures out NOW to give clubs just about enough warning. And there's absolutely no reason they can't be!

It seems to be continuing in the same vein this week - it's  now Tuesday, and no-one's any the wiser who they're playing after Saturday.

It's abundantly clear there will be midweek fixtures again next week - they need to be released ASAP.

Kind of sums it up of how disorganised things are, on  top of the fixtures scheduling(or lack of) fiasco. When the Vics won the ADL 3 seasons ago, we did it with two games to spare, and our final match a home fixture. Did they present the trophy then? That would be NO, as we had to wait until our potential Evening Times Cup opponents had completed their schedule and only then did we get a home fixture to do the deed. Ridiculous

All the best for your trophy presentation and enjoy your ET cup tie.

Back in the very first super league season pollok played their last game while Neilston had one to play and had to win by around 10 goals for us to lose the league.

This meant we then had to get the league presented at our next game which was a cup match away at Arthurlie.

Trophy was then presented to us 30 mins before kick off before supporters had arrived. Shambles. Thankfully we had the sense to bring the trophy back out at the end of the game.

So nothing new here being going on for years.

Yep, same for us in 2009, the trophy presenter wanted it done so he could get to the Pollok game. So we sent our captain out to receive the trophy before anybody had arrived, and he refused to smile for the pictures before just walking away after it. Then after the game we had a big presentation for the fans by the club President and a party on the pitch for everybody.
