The seethe he now generates inside me is polar opposite to the way he started. He's now fell victim to what so many managers do which is they force a style on a group of players that just doesn't work and stubbornly sticks with it and tries to force the players to change rather than adapting as he goes. Unlike Hartley, I don't really see any saving graces for McCann which makes me think he could be successful in management elsewhere. Reading this thread, I wish he did stay away after completing the job of keeping us up as that'd only have furthered his status with the support. Cracking guy but he needs to go. Sadly, if he does go - it'll be the same name's linked: Jim Duffy Jocky Scott (The rule of 8 applies) Barry Smith. Not popular shouts for many but they'll be linked heavily by the media amongst the likes of McIntyre, Neilson and Kenny Miller (season ticket returning option).
