1) Hence the use of the number 22.

2) What's the normal timetable between a parliamentary vote and Royal Assent at Holyrood,  given there's no upper house?

If it takes a matter of months I believe this idiotic line of questioning by rattled yoons stands up.

1) It said 16 before you edited it :)

2) An Act of the Scottish Parliament (or Westminster) isn't passed at the time of the parliamentary vote. It is passed when it receives Royal Assent. That's part of the parliamentary process. In most cases, royal assent is given in a matter of weeks, not months

Anyway, what about the Regulations & Orders. Why are they being ignored?

Not really bothered by this fella.   I'd rather the OP answered your concerns.

I'd also like the OP to answer:  'If the thread of indy2 is threatening our economy.  Why is it that Scotland was outperforming the rUK during 2014 in the run up to indyref1?

The reality of both Brex it and Scottish independence is thant nobody knows what is gonna happen if and when.
Most .. no pretty well all.. people voted in both referendums on emotion and selected our facts to suit our emotional judgement.

Miss Sturgeon has brought Scotland to the brink of recession. Honorary professor of public policy at Glasgow University, John McLaren, has warned of a £1.6bn black hole in the SNPs budget if Scotland’s out-put continues to lag behind the UKs. This would rise to £3.1bn if Scotland was separated from the UK.

Swinney idea to improve exam results by simply lowering the pass rate is pure SNP shite.

The SNP soft-touch approach to killer drivers is to let half of them off with a slap on the wrist, effectively.

The SNP are wreckers of nations. Mr Mike Croll who is responsible for international security at the UN has questioned Sturgeon on the UNs idea of a good global citizen, and how her bid for independence could be compatible with this. He said the UN are in the business of promoting peace, teaching people to live together, teaching communities to live together to avoid the breaking of nations. Now you come from a prosperous democracy that enjoys the rule of law, that enjoys human rights and I’m just wondering how being a good global citizen is compatible with your desire to break a 300-year-old union. This is the United Nations and your mission appears to be the breaking of nations.

Sturgeon refuses to take part in a UK audit of all public services to discover if ethnic minorities or the white middle classes are experiencing injustices. Mrs May said it would ‘reveal difficult truths’ and ‘shine a light on injustices as never before’ However, Sturgeon said ‘it was not the right approach for Scotland’ She is against it simply because it is an initiative started by the UK Government.

Anyone would think you weren't a grateful subject of her Majesty the way you go on. In every thread.

Black hole klaxon!

Also, did you see the response "Miss Sturgeon" gave to Mike Croll?  It hovered somewhere between handing his arse to him and a firm "telt".  In fact, here it is:
