Good to see rangers new manager did a quick google search for "Hamilton accies" before his press conference.

Hopefully Imrie gets sent off for going through garner. Win win as dougie wouldn't be able to play against st j

They do seem a tad upset over that robust Garner challenge. Good!! Rangers have been far too soft on and off the park and hopefully that will change with the new manager. Hopefully if a player blatantly elbows one of our players we as a club will highlight it and demand action is taken.Too often we have lost the physical battle. That stops here.

Hamilton Accies were an absolute shambles of a team the last time they visited Ibrox and were lucky to escape with only a 6-0  defeat. They will have learned from that and , i would hope, will be far stronger at the back. Early in the first half they had the odd break up the field and in Crawford they have a player who can create something from very little. Early goal from Rangers to keep the crowd going and settle the team down.

Foderingham

Hodson  Hill  Wilson  Wallace

Tavernier  Hyndman Holt McKay

Garner Miller

Waghorn would be unlucky to lose out but if we are going 4 4 2 then Garner has to start everytime for me plus he gives us the route 1 option

The melodrama of the Sarris interview regarding Garners arse kick, would not be out of place in one of the famous tragedies from his homeland. All this as well from a player that I understand has a bit of a rep regarding provoking riots at football games.

Well that's a most flattering 2-0 first half for Hamilton.  Good pressing, passing and movement from us.  Hamilton have regressed, even, since the cup game and could easily have had 3 players booked.

Looks like we'll have to move the Broomloan back 10 metres so Accies can defend deeper.
