Amateur Footie Fan Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 What are the chances of the Saturday Amateur Cup Semi finals actually being played on a Saturday? Does anyone know if they are going with the Accies 3G pitch again for the neutral venue? 3G pitches are great for getting through the winter but if I had a choice I'd go for a decent grass pitch every time. Am I asking too much to go and watch one of the semi's on a Saturday afternoon at a venue that has a grass pitch? Hear where you are coming from and personally it would suit me to catch one of the semis on a Saturday but suppose for the rest of amateur football who have their own games on a Sat possibly Friday or other midweek suits them?
