Blue White Dynamite Posted May 30, 2017 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Congratulations to Thornton Hibs, though I personally cannot believe Penicuik's programme ranked so low. With all due respect I've read the majority of programmes that entered and I believe - bias aside - that Penicuik's is arguably one of the best in Junior Football, certainly not the 11th best.
