Clyde v Forfar

In general, I didn't mind most of the atmosphere created by the Clyde fans. We're all there to support our teams. Some do that with positive encouragement, others prefer to try and wind the opposition players and fans up. It's football.

I do think that the stadium people have the segregation aspect wrong though. If you're going to put the away fans together at one end of the stand "for our safety" (as the Stewards described it at the start of the game) why put us right next to the most vocal section of the home fans? By herding us together, it gives them a target to aim their abuse at. If we were spread throughout the stand as per the first game, no targets, no problem.

Also stewards, if you are herding us together "for our safety" and some of the mums feel less than safe, don't then turn around and say "it's nothing to do with us, we're not employed by Clyde".

People should feel safe and comfortable at games in Scotland, today a few Forfar fans did not feel that way and that should be addressed.

Delighted with Danny's finish, delighted with our fighting to get back level and delighted we've lost no ground approaching the final set of games. Not so happy with some of the continuing tinkering by GB. Play players in their best positions until promotion/playoffs are secured and then let them play elsewhere. Still seems to be keen to get the strongest 11 players on the pitch regardless of where he has to squeeze them in.

I didn't go down today because of past experience and previous comments from other team's supporters this season.

Away supporters have only been put in that section for the last 2 or 3 games, there were no issues last time Forfar visited. So no idea why you shat it tbh. Your car load would have doubled the away attendance though so that was a loss.

Exactly, no problems last time.

Those photos demonstrate how pretty Arbroath is on a sunny day but fail capture how smelly it is or the fact it's bloody cold even in August.

The next set perfectly capture how dreary Cumbernauld is and thankfully don't show the knuckle dragging Buckfast swilling population.

The only time Arbroath smells is when the reek from the Forfar fermers fields spill over into it.

There was still a bigger away support than the pathetic twenty santas you brought to forfar and the four I saw in the stand in december, shat it lol,it was some women with children who were worried, most were to busy laughing at a bunch of 14 year olds who had been on cumbernaulds favourite drink the bucki

Most people have better things to do on Boxing Day than take their Delorean for a trip back 30 years to Forfar.

Dreadful performance from Forfar today, credit to Clyde look a much better & stronger side.
McNiff man of the match, rightly so in my opinion.

Malcolm in and costing us a goal again??
Why is he even getting a game? Surely it had to be O'Brien & Travis(best player for Forfar today)

Lewis Milne?? Dubbed the best midfielder by some Forfar fans, where has he been in recent weeks, done absolutely nothing again today!
Foxy should be starting no doubt about it, looked instantly better when he & Scott came on.

Cox out wide? Just doesn't work, prefer to see him further forward personally.

Lister is past it like, did absolutely nothing the whole game, not even attempting to win headers, apart from the goal, and could he really miss it??

As for Adam, he'll definitely be regretting his actions tonight, a professional footballer shouldn't be reacting like that towards the crowd.

All in all felt we were very poor today, seem to be on a really slippy slope, hopefully back to winning ways next weekend.
And that a revitalised Clyde can do us a wee favour up at Gayfield.

Agree with some of this but i find it amazing that you think Lister couldn't really miss...you obviously know zero about football....great 1st touch and finish....held the ball up and won flick on's all day...sadly you forgot to mention the shocking performance once again of Peter's, never read a flick on all day, lost possession every time and his 1st touch is dreadful....simply we cannot afford to start him again this season.
