lionel hutz
Thought it'll be a good idea to start a thread on it As with venues for the final. If it's against TNS, I think the game will be played at McDairmid, whilst if we face St Mirren I think Fir Park would be more suitible. Though someone did mention that if it's against the Welsh side it could be played at Palmerston.
FifeArab
If TNS then Dens. We'd sell 10000 for There and the corner of the main stand 1200 odd would do TNS.St Mirren then Easter Road. I reckon that would pull 12000 anyway (8000 united and 4000 Saints).

Whitburn Vale
The final must be played on Scottish soil,so that rules out Carlisle.

Sloop John B
A repeat of the 1987 Scottish Cup Final, look how far both clubs have come since then.
Elixir
Tynecastle would be perfect for this while it still currently holds a few thousand less than Easter Road before the redevelopment work ramps up in May.

HibeeJibee
It's on TV... so unless they play it on the Saturday lunchtime or evening (maybe unlikely) it will have to be the Sunday which is the same day as Scotland v Slovenia. If the crowd won't surpass 10,000 there are lots of places they could play it. Otherwise I'm guessing it'll be East End Park or Fir Park. Hibs are at home. Surely wouldn't use Tynecastle with 1 side shut.

Doesn't the final have to be at a lower league ground ???
mighty boy
Last time saints were in the final of this cup they took 6000+ , a can see us taking 4/5k this time. So it has to be Easter road or tyncastle for me.
