We looked a bit lost initially and gave away easy possession for Berwick's first. Found our composure and ran them ragged to go in at HT 2-1 up.

To be fair to Berwick the changes they made in the second half made them look much sharper but we seemed to have most of it under control.

The sending off was the game changer and we kinda caved in.

Long way home to reflect, but at least our fishy neighbours didnae get a win ....^_^

Stick your Bridies up your arse. We deserved that and was much the better team for the majority of the 90 mins. To suggest the sending off was a game change is insane, what about small man syndrome taking effort with Cox, yes all 2ft 4 of that fat cheating bas****. The right result for 90 mins of value for the punters.

Well, that was a shocker.  Bollan changing a solid back four and moving TOB into the middle was a complete shambles.  Travis and Munro looked like they had only just met and TOB with Milne in the middle won nothing between them, constantly missing passes and each leaving it to the other to put a tackle in.  Berwick completely dominated the midfield.

Why Bollan waited until the red card to shake up the midfield is beyond me, as is Foxy not getting a start today.  Team has been solid the last few weeks, Foxy was an obvious straight replacement for Malone.  Bad decisions by the manager today.

Well done Berwick, probably deserved the 3 points but the game really swung in your favour by the appalling decision to book Danny for the second time after he was blatantly taken out the game.  Why the lino agreed with the decision is beyond me.  New ref to this league, he'll fit in well with the utter dross each team is served up by the officials week in week out.

Absolutely agree with the above. On paper it looked OK but it just did not work.

Points for G.B. To consider.

1) T.O.B  position is central defender.

2) if Malone is not available get Foxy in.

3) Just how much do you expect Coxy to do on his own?

4) SWANKIE.  How much longer can he get away with his non contribution. As captain how can he ask his team mates for more when he gives nothing. Bench him now.

5) If a player is on a yellow maybe sub him?

The moment of shared disbelief from Bollan and Cough that the trialist sees red is ace [emoji38]

Really enjoyed yesterday's game. We've been much improved over the last few weeks and all of the players really are chipping in. Lavery looks like he's adapted him game really well, McKenna is playing better than I can remember him doing so ever before, Scullion is marshalling the defence, in Mackay we have a quality keeper the defence can trust, Hamilton is looking better each week.

Great to see us get 3 points. Another tough game next week but it goes to show what getting behind the team can do. Wherever we've had a vocal support this season, we've generally got some kind of result. You can tell how much it helps the players - Cowden away is the prime example, but even yesterday at the end seeing the likes of McKenna jumping about in front of the Ducket at the FT whistle. Get behind em.

2-1 up with 20 minutes to go, and we lost one of the few players that was actually having a good game.  Berwick scored immediately after the red card and really upped their game looking for the win.  Nah, the red card didn't have anything to do with the result.

Re Cox, I would hate to play against him every week.  The guy is class, puts a shift in in every game an absolute thorn in the side of the opposition.   I can also understand why opposition fans hate him.

Judging by the highlights, it looks like we now have a team that can compete. They are playing for each other and the goal celerbrations show how much it means to them. Don't know how we will finish but another 3 points away from the bottom will do me. Well done Coughlin and the boys

Cox is an absolute melt - as summed up below. But he knows his own strengths and plays to them very well. If he was a Berwick player, you'd love him. In the meantime, take his attempted wind ups with a pinch of salt and revel in the glory of him melting down in embarrassment after the own goal.

Can anyone explain why Denholm  was given a second yellow? The Berwick guy takes him out and Denholm gets yellow.

On a lighter note having a mobile choppy on site takes football catering to a new level. Fish supper at half time for £6 is not too bad. The big boxes of chips seemed to go well. The coffee though tasted of burnt chip fat and hot water.
