Sorry to see Hardie dumped so abruptly -

"Although we had originally planned to rebuild under the direction of Martin Hardie in his first managerial role, it became clear that it was not going to work out for both parties and made the decision to part ways. We thank Martin and his team for their work."

His assistants have gone too - https://broomhillfc.com/staff

Very surprised at that news , friendly scheduled tomorrow and league starts next week.
There must be someone lined up ?

Maybe they weren't able to live up to promised player budgets after Broomhill Sports Club severed ties? The phrase "consolidating season" hints at that anyway.

Two months.

ffs that's not long

There musta been something of a  major disagreement or the Board not really happy with the way the management are implementing things, or new players not good enough etc... Suppose it could be  number of reasons although I'm quite surprised at only two months though

Zander Diamond is the assistant and applied for the manager's job when Hardie got it. Wouldn't be surprised if he takes over.

Looks like he is also gone (unless he's left the assistant post to take up the manager's one)

That manager statement - "ahead of a consolidating season" - in other words we're probably going to be shite but so long as we're better than Vale of Leithen then we'll stay up.

Have they even played any pre-season friendlies? :unsure2: Ironic that at the precise moment when they need a supply of players the LL team has separated from BSC in Glasgow...
