Miller probably wouldn't but millar MBE maybe would ;)

Bumblebee have you ever witnessed ladeside win the SCOTTISH cup In the flesh? :)

Millar MBE? Willie Knox son of God won five Scottish Cups and was awarded the BEM. You have to be Rod Stewart to win an MBE and accept it from the lady his beloved club's supporters despise.

Having been down at the park and helped in the morning I can assure you the park was playable,  have seen Bellsdale (and other parks)  in far worse condition and the game went ahead. Total disgrace this was called off only 35 mins before kick off.  I also walked on the park after it was called off and it was fine.

I can understand Beith being desperate for the game to go ahead on a waterlogged park. Buffs would struggle to play "football" on it. On the other hand , the home teams style of lumping it forward would have had less effect on them. Looking forward to the rearranged fixture

It was a feckin monsoon this morning. No matter the state of the pitch due to the rain, the wind would have made the game a farce no matter if you like to play the long ball or on the deck. Let's save the game for weather it deserves. Buffs had no injuries and one player suspended. 2 weeks ago we had 5 oot and we had the game in the bag after 30 minutes.

Just a pity for your mob that you never turned up in the SCOTTISH cup semi final first leg though eh? The biggest one of the lot , Beith 3 Buffs 0

Pitch stood up well to the poor weather and had been worked on all morning to prevent any problems should there have been any showers during the game, I'm quite happy for the ref to make the call but there was a reluctance from the visitors to play and that had surfaced long before Saturday and had nothing to do with playing conditions.

What happened to your mob in the SCOTTISH cup semi final ?

The biggest of them all and you lot were owned 3-0 at bellsdale :)

Seem to remember Buffs played well despite the scoreline. We lost both centre backs to injury during the game and missed a penalty. Despite the scoreline, we more than matched you on the day. We got a win in the second leg, but sadly not enough. Nearlyvde railed our promotion effort.
