Bold of a prospective President to run on the theme of "I'm pro fascism."

ETA: more seriously though, it's genuinely mental how, having seen all of this shit in America and other parts of the world, that you would come out and campaign against anti fascists instead of, you know, trying to help African Americans and others.

This is a guy who still thinks the Central Park 5 should have been executed. Anti-fascists dislike him, which is impossible as he's great, so it's anti-fascism that's wrong.

Why not! Unfortunately it plays to his core support to have someone else to blame to try and deflect the criticism from the government.

I fear he wants disruption to continue so he can either order a military/militia response or even more worrying suspension of the election later this year.

Looking online I saw he set his record for over 200 tweets on Friday which included 74 in a one hour period. Not sure what the issue is, not like there's anything unusual happening for a president to bother about.

Image may contain: text that says 'He tweeted 125 times yesterday That's 1 every 7.5 minutes for 16 hours straight. He is insane.'

Average white Americans are stupid enough to believe that there are armed left wings groups on the verge of launching a violent coup. It's exactly the sort of thing they would see on their TV shows so it's a credible narrative.

Chapo recently interviewed Vincent Blevins who has written a book about the CIA organised genocide in Indonesia* during the late 60s and it's wider impact on Third World anti communism. Hyping up a non existent violent left wing threat is right out of that play book.

*One of the many genocides that Centristsphere is very relaxed about.

Polling in the Us

Biden 55%

Trump 41%

Undecides 4%

Biden can still f**k this up

National polling is pretty much irrelevant except to the end that it impacts local voting.  Polling in about half a dozen states will decide this election.  As you say, he can well mess this up, but equally it could be a blow out if he just sticks to the script.

Promising.  Trump’s at 41% approval in a time of national crisis.

The rust belt will decide this.

Here’s hoping Biden bothers his arse to actually campaign there, then.

Biden will be 78 once the election commences.

82 at the end of his first term.

Even if he is mentally 100% - He'll surely only be a one term President if he were to win. Kamala Harris odds on favourite to be his running mate. She could easily be the first woman president at this rate.

Trump is already flagging up the ‘scandal’ of voter fraud with the help of his friends from Fox News.

This will be his excuse for refusing to accept the result of the election.

There will be no conventional handover.

Did exactly the same the last time, think he was gobsmacked to win. Already slagging off Fox News in anticipation of his rival right wing cable channel.
