Detournement
"It is widely believed that CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity firm hired by the DNC to respond to the hack, gave an identical image of some of the servers to the FBI, which experts I’ve spoken to say would be more useful than giving the FBI a physical server itself." That they were given by Neocon warmongers Crowdstrike. A slightly irregular chain of evidence. Edit - OT but these kind of articles are hilarious. The headline and the content completely diverge but the publisher obviously assumes that very few people will either read it or have the comprehension skills required to identify the contradiction. Granny Danger
White House has to give CNN’s Acosta back his pass. Trumpy will be livid.
JamieThomas
After those snotter stained tweets earlier and now the Acosta news, hopefully it's enough to give the fat f**k a heart attack allowing us to usher in the 1700s under Mike Pence. DeeTillEhDeh
White House has to give CNN’s Acosta back his pass. Trumpy will be livid. Lawsuit threat was enough - the idiot press secretary posting a distorted (ie lying) Infowars video on her personal Twitter feed sort of made the White House's position untenable.
senorsoupe
Republicans: The constitution is Sacrosanct, our right to bear arms shall never be infringed! Detournement
The media are a lot more worked up about Acosta's pass than Assange facing life in supermax.

He should have gone to Sweden to face his sexual assault charges while he had the chance. Much easier for the US to extradite him from the UK.
JamieThomas
Wee Assange completely u-turning politically to crawl right up Trump's farter in exchange for a pardon. NOPE.JPEG

US military records of actions in Afghanistan and Iraq, yes. Not sure about dumping the entire State Department stuff on the net either, some diplomacy is justifiably private and there can be unforeseen and bad consequences to good people by leaking it. Detournement
They weren't random private emails. The DNC emails exposed that the DNC was under the complete legal control of the Clinton campaign before the primaries even began. The Podesta emails exposed that ISIS is being funded by Saudi Arabia. Both sets of emails exposed the way that politicians and the super rich interact. The actually damning stuff about Pay to Play between Clinton and foreign leaders while she was at the state dept was pretty much ignored by the media.
JamieThomas
I don't give a f**k what he released, damning to either side. I do give a f**k about people debasing themselves by licking the feet of right wing filth, however - and as such my sympathy for the guy can be found in an atom sized matchbox.

When did he lick Trump's feet?

They were released randomly, some leading to an armed nutter going into a pizza restaurant looking for the basement where children were kept as sex slaves, a restaurant that didn't have a basement. I don't think there was anybody alive that didn't know that Clinton was in charge and ISIS was partially funded by Saudi Arabians. Pay to play cash almost all went to their charity foundation, don't doubt Bill made a few bob from side speeches, as all retired politicians do. If it was just the politically relevant ones that were released, fair enough. Mostly they were private conversations of zero public relevance, and unknown personal consequences from releasing them.
Detournement
I've got some magic beans for if you think the Clintons don't benefit from their foundation!
