Cowden v EK Scottish Cup

Did he play 23 games for Arbroath 1320?

I didn't realise he'd played as many

No between us and QP he's played that many, although only 891 minutes so a good few sub appearances in that.

He looked like he could be quite handy, considering how shite we were, but he was given a chance and then bombed out the team for whatever reason, left in a huff

Well done to East Kilbride. They were the better team and deserve to go through. When Declan Hughes came on, it was like they were playing with 9 men and they still looked better than us all over the park.

All this talk of equaling Ajax's 25 game winning run seems strange though. Yes, it's a great achievement but can this really be talked about in the same breath? Can you compare semi-professional with professional? What about a Sunday League team or a High School team - can they can considered for this record too?

All sadly correct.

only consolation we don't have to be embarrassed by the creditors we haven't bumped.

Dunfermline Athletic are Fife's establishment. We're bullet proof.

Hopefully Kilby draw the Pars in the next round. I would hardly call them lower league dross they probably have a more than decent budget.

Me too. Quite fancy an easy route into the fourth round.

Lowland league scoring legend. Mind u, so was jack smith and he has struggled with the step up too. Type of players that need a decent run of games tho to shine.

He scored 5 goals for 1st team at Queens limited appearances scored one goal on debut off bench for Arbroath against Queens. Todd was a bit of an arse if truth be told, he tried to turn him into something he wasn't also scored 30 goals for queens reserves the only time Queens reserves won a league and cup double so wasn't really a flop at Queens Scored two goals in a cup final in his last game Gus came in and wanted 6ft plus that could run through a brick wall typical Scottish managers in lower division fair play to Gus has done well there so it works, skill ability seem to be 2nd to that in Scotland. Basically a player that needs confidence shown in him from a manager focus on what he is good at and he will pay them back with goals as somebody said earlier run of games build his confidence he will shine a good man manger is need, great lad with great attitude just needs a manger to believe in him.
