Ft Glenafton 3 Carluke 2

Glenafton took a quick 2-0 lead in the first half , Carluke scored 2 quick goals at the start of the second half to make the score 2-2 & It took till the last 4 mins for Glenafton to score the winner with Carluke looking the more likely to grab it , The Carluke team can keep their heads high after a great second half performance.

Waiting on Whitburn (Who were 11/5 !!!) at Corals for well over 6 hunner.

Anyone ?

Your six hundred was looking good at half time as a woeful Saints went in 2 down.

Second half was a transformation as we were all over Whitburn and rescued a point.

No official linos and card-happy ref even booked the Pollok subs (Walker & Daly) for coming onto the pitch without his permission.

Agree ref was a joke. Dalry were still very much in the game until the ref gave a penalty - everyone thought he was going to book Winters for diving; even the referee supervisor said it wasn't a penalty!!
All credit to Dalry for giving Pollok a real game of it. But credit to Pollok who were sharp and took advantage of Dalry slackness to score.

Kelty 1 - 1 Camelon

second half had 25 mins watching football and 20 mins watching Camelon retrieving balls, deciding who should take a throw in... etc what a way to scrape a point. Ref warned them for time wasting then played 2 mins injury time... after 6 subs were used.

Good point that for camelon.

Saltcoats won 2-1.

Many thanks for the result. Just Maybole v Girvan.

Saltcoats result is a shock for my money. Ayrshire clubs have done

well today. Well done to Whitletts, Darvel and Annbank.

Talking of shock results, what about Royal Albert winning at Johnstone

Burgh and Gartcairn disposing of Cumbernauld United?

Hurlford United out of the Scottish and West Cups this early in the season.

Shettleston have certainly not suffered a cup final headache since losing

out to Rob Roy.
